Implementation Manager - Florida (Healthcare)

Location: Field based in Tallahassee, Orlando, Naples, Miami, or Tampa, Florida, United States; up to 50% travel

Estimated base salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus discretionary commission-based earnings.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and integration of hirify.global technology into new customer accounts.
• Manage implementation projects for new products and features across commercial and customer teams.
• Train end users and commercial teams on hirify.global products and CT data requirements.
• Coordinate teams to map, document, and validate hospital workflows covering orders, scheduling, reading, and billing.
• Track customer feedback, complaints, resolutions, implementation risks, and activation timelines in the CRM system.
• Ensure go-live criteria are completed and provide critical support during and after activation.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or other relevant education in engineering or sciences.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical or clinical field with an advanced degree, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Project or program management experience.
• Extensive experience with EPIC and/or similar EMR systems.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and implementation of new technologies, including healthcare IT, PACS, CVIS, HIPAA requirements, or PHI protections.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer management, and multi-project coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Clinical or medical background.
• Experience in digital health, healthcare, or a regulated environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool.
• Cardiology, clinical imaging, or healthcare product experience.
