Technical Project Manager (Healthcare IT)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; travel may be required, with availability for consultation beyond normal business hours when necessary.

Base compensation: $107,000–$132,000 USD annually, plus a possible discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Lead implementation strategy and customer executive and stakeholder relationships for healthcare solutions.
• Coordinate project plans, roles, responsibilities, estimates, quotes, timelines, governance, steering, and change control.
• Manage scope, project budgets, profitability, risks, reporting, benefits tracking, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate solution architects, technical leads, implementation partners, and internal teams to complete all project tasks.
• Manage go-live activities, lessons learned, and transition to operations and support teams.
• Advise customers on deployment best practices for hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation projects.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing implementation experience with vendor healthcare IT products.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results within project-driven timelines.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural teams and remain calm under pressure.
• University degree or 7+ years of experience in a related field.
