Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, CA; New York City, NY; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-launch optimization.
• Scope customer workflows, operational requirements, success criteria, and implementation plans.
• Translate customer requirements into clear engineering specifications and coordinate with engineering and product.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, communicating timelines, risks, blockers, and project status.
• Plan and oversee UAT, QA, go-live readiness, launch monitoring, and rapid issue resolution.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations and maintain documentation, playbooks, and project trackers.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in implementation, operations, consulting, customer success, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, engineering, product, and operations.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with EHRs such as Athena, Epic, eCW, or ModMed.
• Experience with contact centers, telephony, or AI products.
• Experience writing process documentation and customer-facing implementation plans.
