Clinical Diabetes Specialist - San Fernando Valley, CA (Medtech)

Location: Field-based role in San Fernando Valley, California; candidates must reside in the specified geography and travel according to business needs.

Annual base salary: $90,000–$100,000, plus an annual commission target and an annual earnings target of $128,000–$138,000.

What you will do

• Promote and provide clinical support for hirify.global products and services within the assigned territory.
• Manage and conduct training journeys for people with diabetes, healthcare professionals, and provider staff.
• Provide product demonstrations and train trainers in provider offices.
• Partner with the Territory Business Manager and Inside Sales Specialist to achieve territory goals and develop business strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and influence stakeholders across healthcare provider and integrated delivery network environments.
• Maintain compliant communications and documentation in Salesforce.

Requirements

• RN or RD qualification.
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification required.
• Acceptable licenses include APRN, NP, or PA.
• At least 3 years of diabetes experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong teaching, presentation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field, remain mobile, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous medical device or healthcare industry experience.
• Five or more years of diabetes experience.
