Boston Regional Clinical Specialist (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; remote role with frequent business travel of approximately 60% and possible international travel.

Salary: $100,000–$117,000 per year base salary, plus a 35% bonus; OTE of $135,000–$158,000.

What you will do

• Provide technical, clinical, and product support during electrophysiology procedures.
• Oversee deployment and integration of Volta’s technologies in clinical settings.
• Act as an on-site expert in EP labs, guiding physicians and staff in real time.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities, including product evaluations, troubleshooting, and in-servicing.
• Deliver clinical training and education to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain CRM records and share customer insights with product development and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent cardiac electrophysiology experience.
• Knowledge of cardiac diseases, treatments, cardiac mapping technology, and clinical workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical and clinical requirements.
• Familiarity with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
• Ability to support multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment and meet the role’s physical requirements, including prolonged stationary work and occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• At least two years of relevant medical device clinical support experience.
• Previous cardiac electrophysiology mapping experience.
