Location: Remote; must live in the assigned West region covering California, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, and Kansas. The role is based in the United States and may require occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and limited travel.
Annual base salary: $79,300β$118,900, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Deliver personalized education, training, clinical consultation, follow-up, and troubleshooting for Omnipod patients and healthcare providers by phone and through virtual platforms.
- Conduct proactive outreach to assess satisfaction, reinforce product value, resolve concerns, and support long-term therapy adoption.
- Use clinical retention selling techniques and patient-centered solutions to address clinical, behavioral, logistical, and access-related barriers.
- Identify disengagement and churn indicators using engagement data, usage patterns, analytics, and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Clinical Services, commercial, marketing, data, and regional field teams on targeted retention strategies and educational tools.
- Document customer interactions and outcomes in Salesforce and communicate regional trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree and an active professional clinical credential, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
- At least 3 years of experience training or supporting insulin pump patients.
- Direct experience working with healthcare providers in a diabetes care setting.
- Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential required.
- Ability to maintain required professional licensure and Omnipod product certifications.
- Strong clinical knowledge of diabetes technology and data interpretation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
