Location: Remote within the assigned South Central region: Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, New Mexico, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, or Alabama. The role is based in the Austin, Texas area listing and requires residence in the assigned geographic region. Occasional limited travel and availability for some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
Annual base salary: $79,300–$118,900, with possible incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Deliver personalized diabetes education and Omnipod training to patients and healthcare providers through phone and virtual platforms.
- Provide clinical consultation, proactive follow-up, troubleshooting, and recommendations to support sustained therapy adoption.
- Conduct retention outreach, assess satisfaction, reinforce product value, and address clinical, behavioral, logistical, and access-related barriers.
- Identify disengagement and churn indicators using engagement data and analytics, then coordinate targeted retention strategies with Customer Success and data science teams.
- Partner with healthcare providers, clinical services, regional field teams, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer continuity and regional engagement.
- Document customer interactions in Salesforce and review usage patterns, retention metrics, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Active professional clinical credentials, such as Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian, with the ability to maintain required licensure.
- Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification required.
- At least 3 years of experience training or supporting insulin pump patients and direct experience working with healthcare providers in diabetes care.
- Strong expertise in diabetes technology, clinical data interpretation, communication, customer service, problem solving, objection handling, and consultative engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to work remotely from the assigned geographic region.
