Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Compensation: $150,000–$240,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Develop the roadmap for hirify.global and Comfy Cloud with engineering and product design leads.
• Anticipate user needs and identify opportunities for innovation and value.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback to support data-driven product decisions.
• Make product decisions balancing performance, usability, familiarity, and innovation.
• Develop creative workflows and agentic user experiences for hirify.global.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of hirify.global, including how it works under the hood.
• Experience working on software used by professionals.
• Strong technical background with previous coding experience or equivalent computer science knowledge.
• Ability to build prototypes and investigate bugs in code.
• Strong product management experience in small, fast-paced teams.
• Experience shipping and improving a product over an extended period.
