Product Manager (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $250,000–$325,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for AI-driven creative features.
• Launch and iterate on professional photo and video tools for consumer and professional creator audiences.
• Drive adoption, activation, engagement, and retention through new features and agentic tools.
• Lead cross-functional sprints, manage trade-offs, and maintain a clear product roadmap.
• Conduct user research with professional creators to validate concepts and improve engagement loops.
• Establish A/B testing, analytics, experimentation cadence, and launch go-to-market partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping consumer-facing creative or editing tools for professional audiences on web or mobile.
• Deep expertise in photo and video workflows and UI/UX prototyping.
• Strong analytics skills, including metric definition, funnel building, and retention optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and high agency in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for AI and experience integrating generative or automation technology into product roadmaps.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role in Redwood City, California.

Nice to have

• Experience building or growing products for creative professionals.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Adobe, or 3D and creative platforms.
• Experience with AI-native products or fast-moving startups.
