Founding Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; full-time on-site in the San Francisco office five days a week

Salary: $250,000–$320,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own roadmap delivery within a product stream, from ambiguous customer problems through scoped work, trade-offs, success metrics, and launch.
• Apply and evolve the Shape Up-inspired product methodology.
• Translate company strategy into clear engineering boundaries and create alignment across San Francisco and Dublin.
• Conduct user research, join customer calls, and observe customer conversations to improve product decisions.
• Define and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer and product metrics to identify opportunities and friction.
• Coach engineers on product thinking while supporting design and go-to-market work.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping complex, customer-facing products, ideally at a Series A–C startup or design-conscious B2B company.
• Senior staff or principal-level product leadership, including ownership of significant product areas from concept to launch.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative product analysis skills, including defining metrics and analyzing product usage.
• Deep comfort with AI products, high-ownership engineering cultures, and modern product methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco office five days per week.
