Senior Learning & Change Partner (AI)

Location: New York, New York; candidates must be based in the United States. Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the New York office.

Annual salary: $85,000–$105,000, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, HR, and subject-matter experts to identify capability gaps and recommend learning and change management solutions.
• Design practical learning experiences, resources, and performance support across digital, facilitated, and blended formats.
• Lead program deployment from planning through launch and continuous improvement, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, communications, and delivery.
• Develop and execute change management plans that build readiness, address barriers, and reinforce adoption.
• Support AI skilling and new skills programs by creating learning pathways and opportunities to apply skills on the job.
• Manage mentorship programs, facilitate sessions, and build reports and dashboards to measure participation, skill development, adoption, and outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in learning and development, learning experience design, performance consulting, program deployment, or change management.
• Strong consulting, adult learning, design, facilitation, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear recommendations and practical solutions.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Comfort using AI, emerging technologies, learning platforms, and reporting tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
