Senior Learning & Development Program Manager

Location: Hybrid; requires working from the San Francisco office two days per week.

Salary: $126,000–$173,000 USD annual base salary for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area. Additional base salary range of $141,000–$194,000 USD applies to candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Own and scale complex, ambiguous, high-visibility, and company-wide learning programs from design through delivery.
• Design and develop engaging in-person, blended, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences.
• Align global learning and development principles with stakeholders and maintain strong learner engagement.
• Plan, deliver, document, govern, and communicate program operations, including curriculum deployment and learning-session facilitation.
• Develop program marketing and change-management plans that increase participation.
• Establish metrics, analyze program data, manage reporting and resources, and recommend future investments to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Senior-level ownership of multiple large-scale and/or company-wide programs and initiatives.
• Ability to bring new programs to life based on current and future business needs and goals.
• Ability to work autonomously, plan proactively, communicate program initiatives and updates, and involve others when needed.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs across in-person, blended, virtual, and self-paced modalities.
• Experience with program governance, documentation, operational planning, stakeholder management, communications, resource and budget management, and reporting.
• Experience defining program metrics, milestones, adoption goals, skill progression, behavior change, and business impact before launch.
• Experience analyzing program data, reporting results to senior leadership, and making clear recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to design, prototype, personalize, and scale learning content.
• Experience evaluating and improving learning technology stacks, including LMS, authoring tools, and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience developing program marketing and change-management plans.
