HR Enablement Lead (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base pay: $85,000–$110,000 USD per year. Total compensation may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Own learning and enablement program lifecycles from planning and development through delivery and assessment.
• Design and facilitate workshops, manager development programs, onboarding, and new-hire enablement.
• Partner with People Business Partners to identify talent gaps and create business-aligned learning solutions.
• Build playbooks, training, and job aids for the People team on topics including calibration, employee relations, and change management.
• Help shape the learning architecture, manage the LMS and content library, and coordinate content production.
• Use data and AI-powered tools to improve workflows, personalize curriculum creation, measure impact, and inform learning strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, enablement, organizational development, HR, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering manager development and onboarding programs.
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging live, in-person, and remote workshops.
• Strong instructional design, project management, communication, stakeholder partnership, and business acumen skills.
• Experience using AI, learning technologies, data analysis, and program measurement to improve learning outcomes.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
