What you will do

• Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent development needs.
• Conduct needs analyses and diagnose skill or performance gaps across commercial teams.
• Design and deliver instructor-led training, eLearning, workshops, simulations, and digital learning solutions.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual programs covering organizational change, soft skills, leadership, and business concepts.
• Reinforce sales methodologies such as Sprint Selling and MEDDPICC during product, process, and tools training.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness, track ROI, and improve programs using learning analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or an equivalent role in a global, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, needs analysis, performance consulting, and ROI evaluation.
• Strong virtual and in-person facilitation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience administering courses and learning journeys in an LMS.
• Experience with learning content development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or Vyond, and with learning data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales teams in financial services, data, or technology.
• Experience designing learning programs for sales or revenue organizations and knowledge of sales methodologies.
• Psychometric assessment or instructional design certifications.
• Workday Learning administration experience.
• Expertise in AI adoption and AI-enabled learning tools, especially Google Suite solutions.
