Manufacturing Test Engineering Tech (Manufacturing)

Location: Rochester, New York, United States

Salary: $18.89–$31.49 per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build, test, and troubleshoot production and new product introduction fixtures.
• Create documentation to support fixture duplication internally and through suppliers.
• Support fixture fabrication using CNC machining and 3D printing.
• Collaborate with test, manufacturing, NPI engineering, software, and supply chain teams on rapid prototyping.
• Participate in pre-release design and process reviews.
• Travel up to 0–5% as required.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent on-the-job training, including military training.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings and resolve electrical defects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• The role is based in Rochester, New York, United States; certain controlled-technology positions may require U.S. person status under ITAR or EAR.

• CAD experience.
