Quality Control Inspector (Manufacturing)

Location: Fontana, California, USA; onsite production facility

Salary: $19.06–$25.73 USD per hour

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products using visual inspections and specified tests.
• Verify that products meet drawings, specifications, and applicable quality requirements.
• Identify faults in materials and manufacturing processes through observation and testing.
• Complete inspection reports, logs, checklists, and other quality records.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommended remedies to supervisors.
• Maintain inspection and measurement equipment and report repair needs to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of quality inspection experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of the products or processes being inspected.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related reporting software.
