HR Business Partner, Client & Advisor Experience

Location: Hybrid, with in-person presence required at the Irving, Texas office

What you will do

• Partner with the Client Experience and Advisor Experience teams on employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Build and own manager training and development programs for entry-level employees and developing managers.
• Provide in-person HR support to employees and managers in the Irving office.
• Partner with CX and AX leadership on people strategy, headcount planning, and organizational development.
• Support goal-setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement processes.
• Drive engagement and culture initiatives while collaborating with the broader People team.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of HR experience, including generalist or HR Business Partner experience supporting a business unit or client group.
• Strong experience handling complex and sensitive employee relations matters.
• Experience building or delivering manager training programs, particularly for first-time or developing managers.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust across organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently as the primary HR presence in the office and escalate issues appropriately.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting customer experience, client services, or operations teams in a high-growth environment.
• Financial services or wealth management experience.
• Experience with Rippling, Lattice, or similar HRIS and performance management platforms.
• Background in learning and development, facilitation, or instructional design.
