People Partner (Fintech)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; candidates must be eligible to work in the EU. Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home are available.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and managers across Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments to support employee performance, engagement, and growth.
• Design career pathways and personalized development initiatives for employees and teams.
• Lead programs that strengthen company culture, values, autonomy, accountability, and feedback.
• Manage employee relations and address underperformance effectively.
• Improve the employee experience and eNPS across departments.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and department heads on hiring, onboarding, leadership development, and skills-gap planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to provide strategic people insights and influence leadership teams.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge and build processes.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, trustworthy, self-aware, and committed to improving employee and manager experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the EU is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
