Location: Hybrid, based in 's New York City office; four days per week in-office. No required office days during the summer and winter holidays.
Salary: $110,000β$130,000 annual base salary in New York City, with potential eligibility for a company incentive bonus.

What you will do
- Advise leaders and managers on organization planning, compensation reviews, talent management, employee relations, and career development.
- Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle by applying clear HR policies and systems.
- Partner with Recruiting to drive effective and efficient hiring across supported teams.
- Collaborate with the broader People team on talent development, benefits, and HR programs.
- Execute critical People initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting multiple client groups and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that support organizational goals and performance.
- Resourceful, execution-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, communication, and empathetic change-management skills.
- Clear and approachable communication, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Strong experience partnering with senior leadership in a dynamic organization.
