HR Business Partner

Location: On-site at the Los Angeles, California facility, United States; regular engagement on the production floor and occasional travel to other hirify.global locations may be required.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with leaders on team structures, leveling, headcount planning, talent movement, and organizational design.
• Lead local performance management, including calibration, promotion readiness, and development planning.
• Use people data to recommend improvements to team efficiency, structure, and performance.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, HRIS workflows, performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.
• Maintain site-level labor law and policy compliance while resolving organizational process issues.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Security to support a safe and effective employee experience.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including at least 2 years supporting technical or manufacturing organizations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with workforce planning, leveling frameworks, and organizational design.
• Ability to partner with leaders and balance business priorities with people considerations.
• Demonstrated success improving processes and reducing friction across HR systems and programs.
• Must work on-site at the Los Angeles facility, including regular production-floor engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting high-growth engineering or manufacturing teams.
• Familiarity with ADP, Lattice, Lever, and Jira.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
