What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
• Review code to ensure adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards.
• Establish and maintain Salesforce development standards and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce development including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flow.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and API integrations.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development pipelines.
• Salesforce Developer certifications and tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
• Must be based in Australia to fulfill the hybrid office requirement.
