Events Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Full-time, in-person position in the Austin, TX office

What you will do

• Plan and execute trade shows, virtual events, webinars, conferences, client events, and internal gatherings.
• Research trade shows and sponsorship opportunities that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to book product demos and create actionable post-event opportunities.
• Develop creative promotions and event collateral.
• Manage vendors, event logistics, and budgets.
• Track event performance, analyze ROI, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing events, including trade shows and webinars.
• Demonstrated ability to drive attendance, engagement, and ROI through strategic events.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with event management tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach.
