Event Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid office model: in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; work from home Monday and Friday. Travel up to 20% is required for onsite event execution.

Annual salary: $110,000–$130,000.

hirify.global is a fintech company providing a software platform that helps financial advisors manage clients’ retirement plan accounts, including 401(k) accounts.

What you will do

• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, hosted events, executive dinners, and field marketing programs with the Director of Events.
• Independently manage assigned events and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, leadership, vendors, agencies, and industry partners.
• Develop booth concepts, branded environments, event activations, and memorable brand experiences.
• Own operational execution, including shipping and receiving, inventory, booth setup and teardown, registration, vendor coordination, and onsite logistics.
• Track event performance, leads, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, project plans, staffing, and executive schedules.
• Identify improvements for future programs and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing trade shows, conferences, and industry events from planning through execution.
• Strong expertise in vendor management, event logistics, budgeting, and project management.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, and external stakeholders.
• Experience building event reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, independence, and willingness to handle hands-on event responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience using Monday.com for project management.
• Experience with Marketo or another marketing automation platform.
• Experience in financial services marketing.
