Program Delivery Consultant (eCommerce)

Salary: US National Pay Range $174,250–$205,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Advise executive stakeholders at global brands on commerce programs, technology strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Services, Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams to present and advance strategic recommendations.
• Orchestrate complex program rollouts with Professional Services and track delivery against KPIs.
• Identify organizational silos and process bottlenecks while guiding change from legacy PIM and related systems to modern technology stacks.
• Define and track value realization, ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI from the hirify.global platform.
• Advocate for enterprise customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or large-scale digital program delivery.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar engagements or transformation programs for or with global clients.
• Deep understanding of retail and eCommerce ecosystems, including PIM, DAM, ERP, and syndication networks.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical architecture into business value for non-technical executives.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects and applying consulting frameworks.
• Comfort working with executive stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or similar PXM/MDM platforms.
• Expertise in eCommerce, consumer packaged goods, or brand management.
• Experience transitioning products from PIM systems to retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, or Tesco.
