What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through execution and measurable business impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to define program goals and drive high-impact, innovative solutions.
• Establish scalable program frameworks, including governance models, KPIs, and decision-making processes.
• Align stakeholders and workstream owners across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT.
• Identify dependencies early and manage risks proactively to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and deliver clear program narratives and updates for senior leadership audiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving transformations that materially impact business outcomes.
• Strong SaaS business acumen, including understanding of lead-to-cash, product lifecycle, and GTM operations.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders through organizational change.
• Must be based in the United States.
• AI-first mindset with hands-on use of AI tools to improve analysis and program execution.

Nice to have

• Experience building or evolving PMO functions or program governance models.
• Exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives or operating model redesign.
• MBA, PMP, or other advanced professional credentials.
