Salary: $119,600 – $180,290

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through execution and measurable business impact.
- Partner with senior leaders to define program goals and drive high-impact, innovative solutions.
- Establish scalable program frameworks, including governance models, KPIs, and decision-making processes.
- Align stakeholders and workstream owners across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT.
- Identify dependencies early and manage risks proactively to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and deliver clear program narratives and updates for senior leadership audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving transformations that materially impact business outcomes.
- Strong SaaS business acumen, including understanding of lead-to-cash, product lifecycle, and GTM operations.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders through organizational change.
- Must be based in the United States.
- AI-first mindset with hands-on use of AI tools to improve analysis and program execution.
Nice to have
- Experience building or evolving PMO functions or program governance models.
- Exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives or operating model redesign.
- MBA, PMP, or other advanced professional credentials.
