Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Work anywhere in the world for up to 60 calendar days per year.

Salary: CAD 100,000–120,000 base pay, dependent on experience, plus employee stock options.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing through offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define requirements and build interview pipelines.
• Write and improve job descriptions and outreach using AI tools.
• Conduct phone screens and maintain a respectful, informed candidate experience.
• Manage Lever, keep recruiting data accurate, and build reporting dashboards to identify bottlenecks and sourcing ROI.
• Support performance management, compensation activities, employee engagement, and broader People Operations projects.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally including technical hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience working with ambiguity and building recruiting processes from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, follow-through, and ownership.
• Analytical approach to pipeline data, conversion rates, sourcing channels, and recruiting workload.
• Experience using AI tools in sourcing, screening, or workflow automation, or the ability to adopt them quickly.
• Genuine focus on people and candidate experience.
