Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Bilingual (French/English)

Salary: CAD 57,500–107,500 annually

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, scheduling, and offer acceptance.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and internal databases.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and compensation specialists on candidate profiles and salary offers.
• Track candidate activity and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system.
• Support hiring events, with some travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least four years of related sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience, or a graduate degree with two years of related experience.
• Applicants without a degree require at least eight years of related experience.
• Professional fluency in French and English, written and verbal.
• Must be eligible for registration with the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
• Must be eligible to meet U.S. ITAR requirements.

• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical or security-cleared engineering talent.
• Knowledge of engineering disciplines and related skills or certifications.
