Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote, Canada; Canadian-based candidates only. Preference is given to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada. Optional access to the downtown Toronto office is available.

Salary: CAD 120,000–130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle hiring across multiple concurrent searches, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, expectations, and hiring plans.
• Build outbound sourcing strategies and creative pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
• Manage and improve ATS workflows, pipelines, stages, and reporting in Greenhouse.
• Develop interview frameworks, scorecards, and calibration practices for consistent and equitable hiring.
• Track recruiting metrics, improve conversion and bottlenecks, strengthen candidate experience, and support employer branding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience managing a high volume of concurrent searches across multiple functions.
• Strong outbound sourcing, relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building or improving structured recruiting processes, including scorecards, manager training, or calibration sessions.
• Experience with DEI-focused or bias-aware sourcing and hiring practices.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse or Pinpoint experience is preferred.

• Recruiting experience in health tech, wellness, EHR, or SaaS.
• Experience scaling a recruiting function at a growth-stage company.
• Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
