What you will do

• Manage and organize programs to align with strategic direction and long-term organizational goals.
• Ensure profitability of client commitments and lead up-selling processes within existing engagements.
• Identify and manage delivery risks while setting focus based on business targets and priorities.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development of subordinated teams.
• Review and manage finances for all projects under the program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure goals are met regarding customer satisfaction, quality, and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, as a department director, or equivalent.
• Experience managing 5+ parallel projects with a total headcount of 50+ people.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise-wide technology transformation and innovation.
• Solid engineering background with hands-on experience in technology delivery.
• Successful experience with outsourcing development from either the client or subcontractor side.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or CX / Contact Center domains.
