Head of Infrastructure Finance (Energy Infrastructure): Architecting and executing project and holdco financing platforms for advanced power transmission systems with an accent on capital structures, debt and equity financings, and infrastructure underwriting. Focus on structuring construction debt and warehouse lines, negotiating complex financing terms, and building scalable capital stack frameworks for multi-billion-dollar developments.

is building an industrial electric grid for the United States using long-distance HVDC transmission and software-defined Macrogrids to connect generation, storage, and large industrial loads.
What you will do
- Architect and execute the infrastructure finance platform, including project and holdco capital structures.
- Lead debt and equity financings, joint venture evaluations, and novel financing structures.
- Assess partner financial capacity, capital structure, and creditworthiness across power providers, EPCs, lenders, and other counterparties.
- Underwrite power infrastructure economics, including interconnection costs, transmission upgrades, and power delivery.
- Lead negotiations with lenders, private credit funds, infrastructure investors, and institutional capital partners.
- Develop standardized capital stack templates and underwriting frameworks for repeat transactions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project finance, infrastructure private equity, structured credit, or capital markets.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex financing transactions and negotiating final financing terms.
- Direct experience structuring construction debt, mini-perm facilities, or infrastructure warehouse lines.
- Experience with development-stage energy or large infrastructure assets.
- Deep experience in construction-period modeling and debt draw structuring.
- Ability to serve as the internal lead on financing strategy and capital structuring decisions while reporting to the COO.
