Director, Strategic Finance

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Develop the financing strategy and funding roadmap across equity, debt, lease, and hybrid capital.
• Manage capital-raising and financing transactions from origination through close, including pricing, structure, and key terms.
• Build relationships with banks, credit investors, financial sponsors, and other capital partners.
• Build financial models and analytical frameworks covering cost of capital, leverage capacity, liquidity, and downside resilience.
• Prepare financing and capital-allocation analyses for leadership, the investment committee, and the board.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, tax, operations, and corporate development teams; mentor junior analysts and associates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, project finance, or infrastructure finance, with transaction experience from origination through close.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex equity and/or debt financings.
• Sector experience in infrastructure, power, data centers, compute, or real estate.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical framework development skills.
• Familiarity with credit facilities, term loans, and securitizations.
• Ability to work with senior leadership, boards, banks, investors, outside counsel, and consultants on live transactions.
