Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $175,000 – $225,000

What you will do

• Own experiments end-to-end from hypothesis design to shipping and data-driven decision making.
• Build functional prototypes for new products and consumer surfaces.
• Utilize AI-assisted development, agentic coding workflows, and automation to accelerate prototyping.
• Gather evidence through A/B tests, user feedback, and telemetry.
• Collaborate with product owners to shape experiments and influence product direction.
• Balance rapid development with sound engineering judgment regarding security and compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping software products.
• Strong experience with NextJS/TypeScript and Django/Python.
• Hands-on experience building features using LLMs and foundation model APIs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and hypothesis-driven product development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have US work authorization.
