Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Must be based in the European Union

Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and support teams to drive EU expansion.
• Interface directly with customers to gather feedback and build targeted features.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and global operational platform support.
• Design and optimize intuitive frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and real-time data processing infrastructure using Python and Django.
• Implement and refine in-house Large Language Model and real-time interview technology.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Union
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production-grade systems.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency with Python and Django.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Postgres.
• Experience deploying and managing services on AWS.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with real-time data visualization and streaming.
• Experience with WebRTC.
• Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure.
