Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $170,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the full product and platform development lifecycle from defining scope and requirements through full-stack implementation, user testing, and launch.
• Build web and API systems using TypeScript and Python.
• Partner with operations, clinical, compliance, and product teams to solve real-world healthcare problems.
• Design greenfield systems using modern AI capabilities and contribute to product direction and roadmap.
• Develop technical depth across product engineering, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and data security.
• Uphold healthcare industry standards while delivering technology with direct impact on families and caregivers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with web and API development.
• Professional experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with cloud architectures and platforms such as AWS.
• Availability for a hybrid role based in San Francisco, California.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
