Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering (Blue Ash - IDAP) (Relocation Assistance)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, United States; onsite at the new Blue Ash manufacturing site

Salary: $125,000–$173,750 per year

What you will do

• Own the validated technical process and ensure clear process parameters, material specifications, and operating procedures.
• Lead asset reliability, availability, preventive maintenance, lifecycle management, and maintenance planning.
• Manage and develop technical team managers, engineers, and maintenance technicians supporting inspection, device assembly, and secondary packaging.
• Drive troubleshooting, machine-failure deviations, root-cause analysis, technical investigations, and CAPA implementation.
• Support engineering projects, equipment procurement, automation and controls initiatives, OEE improvements, and supplier relationships.
• Author and review SOPs, batch records, validation, change-control, and regulatory inspection documents.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading a technical team.
• Experience with predictive maintenance concepts and proficiency in process/materials, maintenance, project delivery, and controls.
• Ability to collaborate with employees and stakeholders at all organizational levels locally and globally.
• Ability to challenge and adapt existing approaches and ways of working.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in GMP or other regulated production environments and commercial operations.
• Expertise in equipment, automation, or additional process and maintenance disciplines.
• Experience leading projects, applying Six Sigma analytical troubleshooting, or working in Lean manufacturing.
