Director of North America Operations

Location: Hybrid, with the option to work at warehouses in Lehi, UT; Las Vegas, NV; Hebron, KY; or Bethlehem, PA; future sites may also be considered.

What you will do

• Architect and scale the physical fulfillment network across multiple North American facilities.
• Monitor throughput, backlogs, bin health, attendance, attrition, cost, and other operational metrics.
• Lead labor planning covering tens of thousands of labor hours across the network.
• Develop, mentor, and hold General Managers and site leaders accountable for performance and growth.
• Partner with HR, IT, RME, and Finance to resolve complex people, inventory, quality, and operational escalations.
• Prepare talent and infrastructure for new facility launches and 30–40% annual growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably managing multiple sites in high-growth organizations.
• Experience with complex P&L responsibilities, large-scale labor planning, and fixed and variable cost management.
• Track record of launching facilities, hiring and developing salaried leadership teams, and scaling operations while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong ability to monitor performance metrics, anticipate issues, and take decisive action.
• Technical aptitude with systems and data; SQL or experience using AI agents for operational efficiency is a plus.
