Director of Fulfillment Operations - Central

Location: DFW2 - Dallas, Texas, with up to 50% network travel required

What you will do

• Own the P&L, operational budget, resource allocation, cost control, and profitability for the central fulfillment network.
• Develop and implement strategies across multiple high-volume fulfillment centers to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational and financial metrics, including cost per order, cost per unit, throughput, and orders per hour, and implement improvements.
• Lead peak-season planning, safety and inventory-security initiatives, and large-scale operational transformations.
• Directly manage Site Leaders and Operations Managers while developing leadership talent and building a high-performance culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams on labor planning, recruiting, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of management experience in high-velocity omnichannel fulfillment operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple facilities or distribution operations with strong results.
• Experience leading teams of 200+ people, including salaried employees.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting operational performance to executives.
