What you will do

• Own the global Advanced Planning System ecosystem and its ERP integrations.
• Define and execute a next-generation digital supply chain strategy across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, finance, and IT.
• Design scalable integrations across ERP, PLM, manufacturing systems, and analytics platforms.
• Lead modernization programs focused on forecasting, scenario modeling, automation, and real-time supply network visibility.
• Deploy predictive modeling, AI-enabled decision support, and control tower capabilities.
• Improve forecast accuracy, planning cycle time, service levels, inventory performance, and system reliability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain technology leadership experience.
• Proven success leading APS and ERP transformation programs in global manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in advanced planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or equivalent.
• Strong ERP ecosystem knowledge, with Oracle preferred.
• Experience integrating planning systems with PLM and manufacturing systems.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning to supply chain planning and decision support.
