Workplace Experience Manager

Location: Primarily remote, based in Addison, Illinois, USA; travel may be required for property launches, client meetings, training, major events, leasing tours, and other business needs.

Salary: $89,250–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with property management teams across multiple office properties to plan workplace experience initiatives and improve tenant satisfaction.
• Develop engagement strategies, programming calendars, events, wellness programs, amenity activations, onboarding experiences, and community-building initiatives.
• Create tenant newsletters, event communications, promotional materials, digital content, and updates for applications, websites, social media, and digital signage.
• Provide remote oversight and operational guidance for amenities, conference centers, lounges, hospitality spaces, reservations, and shared community areas.
• Manage vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and performance reporting.
• Support Presence platform development, property onboarding, training, process improvement, client transitions, and cross-functional special projects.

Requirements

• Strong communication, project management, organization, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting workplace experience, hospitality, tenant engagement, event planning, or service delivery initiatives.
• Ability to manage programming, communications, vendors, budgets, operational documentation, and performance metrics across multiple properties.
• Ability to collaborate with property teams, clients, vendors, tenant stakeholders, and centralized platform teams.
• Ability to work primarily remotely from the United States and travel as required for business needs.
