Location: Remote within the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska

Salary: $75,000 - $200,000 (salary + fee-split)

What you will do

• Engage valuation assignments and determine appropriate methodology for property valuation.
• Conduct data collection, market research, and analyze complex highest and best use scenarios.
• Develop cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow (DCF) models and perform detailed cost analyses.
• Draw market comparisons to develop accurate opinions of value.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced professionals and manage client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified General Appraiser license.
• 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
• Must be based in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, or Nebraska.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Candidate for MAI designation.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
