Salary: $75,000 - $200,000 (salary + fee-split)

What you will do
- Engage valuation assignments and determine appropriate methodology for property valuation.
- Conduct data collection, market research, and analyze complex highest and best use scenarios.
- Develop cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow (DCF) models and perform detailed cost analyses.
- Draw market comparisons to develop accurate opinions of value.
- Provide mentorship to less experienced professionals and manage client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Certified General Appraiser license.
- 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
- Must be based in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, or Nebraska.
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Candidate for MAI designation.
- Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
