Principal HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and line managers on recruitment, performance management, talent management, and strategic workforce planning.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and continuous improvement of HR policies, systems, structures, and processes.
• Manage manufacturing employee relations matters and ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of cases.
• Build employee engagement through All Hands communications, engagement sessions, and team-bonding activities.
• Formulate and implement HR projects and initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and process compliance.
• Support applicable environmental, health, safety, and security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or electronics industry.
• Good knowledge of labour law and HR functions and processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Analytical ability, integrity, leadership qualities, initiative, and business acumen.
• Ability to operate under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

• Hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
