What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders and teams to build an engaged, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Advise and coach leaders on people challenges, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and team performance.
- Translate business needs into people strategies covering talent management, performance management, compensation planning, and talent mobility.
- Support organization design and workforce planning, aligning resources and capabilities with business priorities.
- Lead and participate in organizational effectiveness projects with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders.
- Advise on employee relations, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, manager training, exit interviews, and employee-driven activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Experience across compensation, organizational design, employee relations, engagement, talent management and development, performance management, and employment law.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, judgment, discretion, and business acumen skills.
- Experience designing, leading, and executing initiatives aligned with HR strategy; ability to work tactically and strategically.
- Experience with HCM systems; Workday is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
