HR Business Partner, Global Manufacturing

What you will do

• Develop coordinated talent and workforce plans for global manufacturing and MSAT organizations of approximately 2,400 employees.
• Advise VP, AVP, and executive leaders on organization design, succession, M&A, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead succession and talent calibration and the people and capability review cycle for C-suite direct reports.
• Resolve complex cross-functional workforce challenges using workforce data, external perspectives, and HR expertise.
• Coach HRBPs across countries and regions and direct project or program resources toward shared outcomes.
• Lead a regional team of HRBPs and consultants while coordinating with business leaders, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in complex, global organizations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience supporting global manufacturing, supply chain, or related functions.
• Expertise in strategic talent, organizational development, workforce planning, and organizational consulting.
• Experience advising VP-level and executive leaders on complex organizational and talent matters.
• Strong business, financial, and HR acumen, with executive presence and advanced consulting and coaching capabilities.
