Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

What you will do

• Partner with business units to develop, manage, and track budgets aligned with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain financial models for departmental performance, investment opportunities, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and present financial reports with actionable insights for financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Analyze actual-versus-forecast variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-term planning, and senior leadership decisions.
• Build cross-departmental relationships and improve financial reporting and analysis processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role, including budgeting and business partnership.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and corporate finance principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with financial planning tools such as Anaplan or Planful and ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
