Implementation Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; Louisville, Kentucky; Lexington, Kentucky; or Cincinnati, Ohio. Field-based position with up to 50% travel.

Estimated base salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus discretionary commission-based earnings.

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects that integrate hirify.global technology and new products into customer accounts.
• Train end users and commercial teams on hirify.global products, CT data requirements, and relevant workflows.
• Provide clinically relevant and technical guidance, resolve field issues, and document customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
• Track implementation progress, risks, activation timelines, and project funnel accuracy for leadership and commercial teams.
• Coordinate internal and customer teams to map, document, and validate ordering, scheduling, reading, and billing workflows.
• Manage go-live readiness, obtain sign-off, and provide support during and after activation.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or other relevant education in engineering or sciences.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical or clinical field with an advanced degree, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Project or program management experience.
• Extensive experience with EPIC and/or similar EMR systems.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and implementation of new technologies, with experience in digital health, healthcare IT, healthcare management, or a regulated environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer management, delegation, and multi-project coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool.
• Cardiology, clinical imaging, product, or medical experience.
