Head of Talent Acquisition

Location

Location: New York City (HQ) with typically 4+ days per week in the office

Salary: $200K – $230K per year, with equity

What you will do

• Lead and develop the recruiting team, owning hiring funnel metrics and accountability for improvements.
• Design and run interviewer training to improve candidate assessment processes.
• Develop and improve onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity and retention.
• Manage performance review cycles to reward and develop employees clearly and simply.
• Build retention programs addressing root causes of attrition proactively.
• Use people analytics to diagnose problems, prioritize initiatives, and demonstrate impact.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City and work onsite 4+ days per week
• Experience leading recruiting teams and talent acquisition end to end.
• Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and HRIS/ATS tools.
• Ability to build scalable people systems and solve root causes of talent challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive candid feedback.
