Location: United States

Salary: $110,000–$185,000 per year, with the range spanning multiple levels; actual compensation depends on experience, skills, budget, and location.

What you will do

• Lead organizational change management and enablement workstreams across enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Develop change strategies, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption plans, and engagement activities with client stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, training needs analyses, and risk and resistance assessments.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across creative, production, operations, strategy, and technology teams.
• Integrate change management activities into project delivery plans and help establish scalable operating models and digital workflows.
• Support AI-enabled transformation by helping teams adopt generative AI tools, automation technologies, and new ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in organizational change management, enablement, transformation consulting, or a related role.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology and process transformations, preferably in digital marketing, creative operations, content supply chain, or consulting.
• Ability to lead change initiatives from strategy through execution, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing cross-functional relationships in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled ways of working or implementing generative AI tools, workflows, or adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, storytelling, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Prosci certification.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Firefly.
