AI Adoption Leader

Location: New York, US

Salary: $190,000–$260,000 base salary per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Embed within enterprise business units, especially financial services organizations, to audit operating models and redesign workflows around AI.
• Translate business challenges into prioritized AI use cases linked to measurable financial and operational KPIs.
• Design and facilitate executive strategy sessions, hands-on CoWork labs, and Claude prompt-engineering workshops.
• Build champion networks, prompt libraries, and communities of practice to support sustained AI adoption.
• Partner with engineers, risk, and compliance teams to align AI solutions with enterprise governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or enterprise change transformation.
• Hands-on experience in financial services, including banking, capital markets, or insurance.
• Practical fluency with generative AI models, specifically Claude, including prompting and custom enterprise workflows.
• Executive presence and the ability to lead workshops, challenge senior stakeholders, and explain complex technology to non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity, first-principles thinking, and a focus on measurable business outcomes.
