Strategy & Operations, Client AI Transformation (AI)

Location: New York City; onsite, with in-person work required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Lead AI transformation engagements with strategic customers and senior executives.
• Assess current operating models and define AI-native approaches for customer organizations.
• Build transformation roadmaps covering technology, processes, organizational changes, and change management.
• Own engagements end-to-end, from diagnosis and strategy development through implementation and measurement.
• Build reusable capabilities and consulting practices for SOP redesign, automation, operating model transformation, and AI adoption.
• Execute strategic initiatives from the Chief Strategy Officer’s office and create programs that accelerate industry transformation.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in management consulting or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Proven ownership, autonomy, and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach and high standards.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
