Senior Consultant, AI Transformation Advisory (AI)

Location: Dallas or Irving, United States

Salary: $100,500–$189,890 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead AI, data, and enterprise transformation workstreams, including operating models, governance structures, organizational frameworks, and delivery approaches.
• Develop business cases, financial models, value realization frameworks, executive dashboards, recommendations, steering materials, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support AI and agentic AI initiatives through governance design, adoption strategies, business readiness, and change management.
• Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops and synthesize complex findings into strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate business and technical teams, manage dependencies and risks, support solution development and proposals, and coach junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, transformation delivery, or enterprise change programs across technology, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading workstreams in complex transformation programs, including governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery.
• Experience supporting AI and agentic AI initiatives through operating model design, governance, change management, business readiness, and adoption.
• Knowledge of GenAI, copilots, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills, including AI-enabled research, analysis, and solution development.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
